Questions people ask
- Is the POINT app free?
- Yes. The app and the Personal account are free and complete. Optional memberships (POINT+, Creator, Business) add design and audience tools and never change who sees your posts.
- Is POINT on iPhone?
- Yes. POINT Social is on the App Store for iPhone. Search for POINT Social or use the link on this page.
- Is POINT on Android?
- Yes. POINT Social is on Google Play. If you sideloaded an early test build, uninstall it first; the store version is signed differently.
- Do I need the app?
- No. welcometopoint.com works on any phone with the same account. The app adds push notifications, the camera roll in the composer and a faster home feed.
- What does the app not do?
- Show ads, rank your feed, or auto-play things you did not ask for. Same rules as the website.
