Community Guidelines.

Last updated October 11, 2026. POINT is operated by Aftershock Network, Inc., a Florida corporation (“POINT”, “we”, “us”). POINT is for real people and the things they actually care about. These rules keep it that way. They are part of the Terms.

Be yourself

Use your real identity or a consistent one that doesn’t pretend to be someone else. No impersonating people, businesses or POINT itself. Parody and fan accounts must say so clearly. One person, one personal Space; businesses get business Spaces.

Respect people

Keep it legal and safe

Don’t spam

No mass friend requests, repetitive posts, engagement bait, fake reactions or comments, or follower schemes. Business posts should be from the business, about the business, to people who chose to follow it.

Nudity and graphic content

POINT isn’t for pornography. Artistic, medical, breastfeeding and protest nudity are allowed with sensible framing. Graphic violence is allowed only when it is newsworthy or documentary and clearly labeled; never to glorify it.

Enforcement

We remove content that breaks these rules, and depending on severity and history we warn, limit, suspend or permanently remove accounts and business Spaces. Some violations (child safety, credible threats, non-consensual imagery) result in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to authorities. Paid memberships don’t change any of this. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or email support@welcometopoint.com and a person will look again.

Reporting

Use the Report link on any post, comment, message, Space or business page; it goes straight to a person. You can also email report@welcometopoint.com with a link and what’s wrong. For anything involving a minor or an immediate threat, email safety@welcometopoint.com and we treat it as urgent.
