Can’t log in
Log in with your email or your @Point and your password. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen and we’ll email you a reset link. After several wrong tries your account pauses sign-ins for 15 minutes to keep it safe.
Change your profile, privacy or notifications
Open Settings. Your Space, who can see your posts and Space, who can find you, and which notifications you get are all there.
Block or report someone
Use Block or Report on their Space, post, comment or message. Every report is read by a person.
Download your data or delete your account
Settings → Download a copy of your data, or Settings → Delete account. Deleting removes your account from POINT right away and from backups within 30 days. You can also start at welcometopoint.com/delete-account.
