Delete your account.

Last updated October 11, 2026. POINT is operated by Aftershock Network, Inc., a Florida corporation (“POINT”, “we”, “us”). You can delete your POINT account yourself, any time, from the app or the web. No email, no waiting on us.

How

• Log in and open Settings (in the app: Spaces tab → Settings).
• Scroll to “Delete account”, type your password, and confirm.
• Your account is closed immediately and your Space, posts, photos, comments, messages and friendships are removed within 30 days.

What is kept

Deletion removes your data from POINT immediately and from backups within 30 days. The only things kept are what the law requires: payment and invoice records held by our payment processor (never card numbers), and audit logs that hold a hashed, non-reversible marker of the deleted account so we can prove the deletion happened.

Before you go

You can download a copy of your data from Settings first. Memberships are cancelled when the account is deleted; nothing further is charged.

Can’t log in?

Reset your password from the forgot password page. If you no longer have access to your email, write to support@welcometopoint.com from any address and we will verify it is you and delete the account for you.
